The market is still very strong for sellers and buyers who want to get a deal and a great interest rate. October 2019 had 92 homes sell and 112 homes go under contract with an average of 61 days on the market. This is a little lower than last year’s activity (at the same time) however we are seeing multiple offers in the hot price ranges. The Median Sold price went up from $1,195,000 to $1,289,975 which accounts for the strong activity. If you are thinking about making a move, with the rates dropping to the mid 3% range this week, now is an excellent time to sell and purchase.
